连续采煤机掘采工作面设备选型决策系统研究及应用

The equipments type selection system of continuous miner digging mining face

摘要: 为了能快速、准确地依据不同煤层地质条件选择适宜的连采设备,根据现场经验和统计数据总结出连采设备选型配套依据,使连采设备选型标准更加定量化,并借助LabVIEW编程工具实现程序化设计,通过调用程序,从设备数据库中选择出适应工作面条件的设备。

Abstract: In order to realize the scientization , intelligentization and rapidity of equipments type selection in the geological conditions of complex working face, a set of mining equipment selection criterion was summarized according to field experience and statistical data, the equipment selection criteria was more quantitative, and the inference engine was programmed by LabVIEW tools, the equipment database was called by program to select the reasonable equipment to adapt to the working conditions
